Role Description

You possess outstanding quality assurance skills and a solid understanding of contemporary tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing of responsive web/mobile applications and infrastructure to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop robust testing strategies early in the lifecycle, ensuring quality is integrated from the start.
• Lead requirements gathering, regression testing, and scope planning to provide final sign-off for release cycles.
• Drive continuous process refinements and advocate for clean code standards to improve overall engineering health.
• Effectively estimate testing efforts and provide clear, vocal progress updates to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an autonomous, self-sufficient engineer who remains tactical under pressure.
• Vocal champion for quality with the confidence to balance risk-tolerance with business goals.
• Strong mentorship skills to support colleagues and foster a healthy development culture.
• Expert-level test design focused on creating stable, deterministic tests that eliminate flakiness.
• Automation framework mastery, including setting up, maintaining, and customizing libraries.
• Seamless CI/CD integration within pipelines such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Hands-on framework expertise with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Robot Framework.
• API and Load testing proficiency using Postman, JMeter, or BlazeMeter.
• Full-stack troubleshooting across HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and PHP or Java.
• Accessibility and Security knowledge, specifically WCAG 2.1 AA+ standards and modern guidelines.
• AI-driven testing experience, utilizing AI tools for test case generation and script development.
