[Hiring] Senior QA Analyst @HugeInc

3d ago - HugeInc is hiring a remote Senior QA Analyst. πŸ’Έ Salary: unspecified πŸ“Location: Colombia

Role Description

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join a fully billable, client-facing engagement in the healthcare space. This role sits at the intersection of two disciplines that require real precision: the regulatory sensitivity of health systems and the content complexity of the Adobe suite. You will be embedded in a delivery team alongside creative, UX, product, and BA colleagues, working day to day to ensure that what we ship is what we promised.

This is not a role where QA is bolted on at the end. You will be involved early, building test plans while design is still in motion, flagging risks before they become defects, and partnering with the team to make quality a shared responsibility from kickoff to launch. You will handle both manual and automated testing, shifting between them based on what the work demands.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end testing for high-stakes healthcare digital experiences.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, integration, and UAT across multiple workstreams.
  • Perform rigorous manual testing across diverse browsers and devices while building automated suites to scale coverage and reduce repetitive effort.
  • Track bugs from discovery to resolution, providing clear, actionable documentation for developers and evidence-based quality assessments for stakeholders.
  • Execute functional and content QA specifically for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Edge Delivery Services, component behavior, and publishing pipelines.
  • Test AEM templates and authoring workflows against design specs, ensuring a seamless experience for content authors.
  • Validate data flows, personalization logic, and analytics instrumentation across the integrated Adobe product suite.
  • Apply a healthcare lens to testing, prioritizing compliance, content accuracy, and patient-facing clarity.
  • Scrutinize experiences for accessibility and consistency, ensuring digital tools meet the high standards of a health system.
  • Partner with BAs to identify gaps in acceptance criteria before development begins, ensuring requirements are fully testable.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to reproduce bugs and verify fixes efficiently within sprint cycles.
  • Share automation patterns and process improvements with the broader QA community to elevate collective standards.
  • Represent the QA perspective in client touchpoints, clarifying edge cases and walking through test coverage with confidence.
  • Maintain reusable test libraries, environment guides, and automation frameworks to ensure long-term team continuity.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to shift-left, catching defects earlier in the cycle and improving overall testing ROI.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer.
  • A strong track record in QA for complex digital engagements, demonstrating hands-on expertise in both manual and automated testing across various digital products.
  • Direct experience testing within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including a deep understanding of component architecture, content authoring, and publishing workflows.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare sector, specifically regarding compliance sensitivity, content accuracy, and the nuances of patient-facing experiences.
  • Practical experience building and maintaining test scripts and frameworks, with the judgment to balance automation with manual testing where appropriate.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including active participation in sprint planning, defect triage, and release readiness assessments.
  • Exceptional defect reporting skills, with the ability to write specific, reproducible, and immediately actionable bug reports.
  • Ability to translate acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and design specs into robust test cases while identifying and flagging ambiguous requirements.
  • Methodical approach to cross-browser and cross-device testing (including mobile) and proficiency in test data and environment management.
  • A proactive communicator who advocates for quality in design reviews and ceremonies while maintaining strong, low-friction relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Professional fluency in English for effective collaboration with globally distributed teams and client-facing interactions.

Requirements

Benefits

  • Inclusive employee experience for all.
  • Commitment to diversity in the workforce.
  • Barrier-free recruitment and selection process.
  • No recruitment fees for workers.
