Role Description

As a QA Engineer, you will validate integrations between web portals and Microsoft CRM Dynamics, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency. You will work closely with development teams to enhance platform stability and performance.

  • Design and execute test cases for CRM Dynamics and its integrations.
  • Perform automation testing for web portals interacting with Microsoft CRM.
  • Verify data accuracy and consistency between web interfaces and CRM Dynamics.
  • Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues.
  • Document test results and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ Years of experience working as a CRM Dynamics QA.
  • 2+ Years of experience in Integration testing between web portals and CRM.
  • Experience with Microsoft web platforms.
  • Experience with SQL for data validation.
  • Familiarity with API testing.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients.
