[Hiring] Quality Technician II @Computer Task Group, Inc

Role Description

Support customers and internal teams with quality and regulatory inquiries, customer complaints, and audit requests. Triage, prioritize, document, and escalate quality issues while coordinating with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.

• Professional written and verbal communication
• Strong judgment, organization, teamwork, and attention to detail

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience
• Quality, Regulatory, manufacturing, medical device, or clinical industry experience preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and escalation skills
• Ability to manage time-sensitive requests and multiple priorities
• Microsoft Office proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
• ETQ, SharePoint, Salesforce, SAP, or PeopleSoft experience a plus
• Reports/metrics, continuous improvement, or multilingual skills a plus
