[Hiring] Quality Specialist @DaVita Kidney Care

Role Description

The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in standardizing IKCA process and special project audits. The role is responsible for quality review of all aspects of IKCA workflow.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive process audits for all IKCAs (Levels 1–4) to ensure strict compliance with standardized procedures.
• Collaborate closely with IKCA Supervisors and Senior IKCAs to identify audit trends, knowledge gaps, and areas for operational improvement.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in critical data entry tasks, including TOC entries, immunization records, labs, and appointment updates.
• Support cross-functional teams with national data initiatives such as proactive record retrieval, immunization and lab tracking.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.
• Assist in Special Operations tasks as part of broader national team efforts and strategic initiatives.
• Support training development for National Team needs.

Qualifications

• Advanced IKCA Experience highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail paired with a highly process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent analytical capabilities with familiarity navigating data management tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Cerner).
• Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and demonstrated success navigating change management.
• Proven leadership capabilities in identifying and driving process improvements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.
• Advanced understanding of audit methodologies and compliance standards.
• Capacity to mentor peers, share best practices, and assist in leading team-wide initiatives.

Compensation

The Wage Range for the role is $24.50 - $36.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
