Role Description
The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in standardizing IKCA process and special project audits. The role is responsible for quality review of all aspects of IKCA workflow.
Core Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive process audits for all IKCAs (Levels 1–4) to ensure strict compliance with standardized procedures.

Collaborate closely with IKCA Supervisors and Senior IKCAs to identify audit trends, knowledge gaps, and areas for operational improvement.

Ensure accuracy and timeliness in critical data entry tasks, including TOC entries, immunization records, labs, and appointment updates.

Support cross-functional teams with national data initiatives such as proactive record retrieval, immunization and lab tracking.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and provide actionable, data-driven insights to leadership.

Assist in Special Operations tasks as part of broader national team efforts and strategic initiatives.

Support training development for National Team needs.
Qualifications

Advanced IKCA Experience highly preferred.

Strong attention to detail paired with a highly process-oriented mindset.

Excellent analytical capabilities with familiarity navigating data management tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Cerner).

Effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.

High comfort level with ambiguity and demonstrated success navigating change management.

Proven leadership capabilities in identifying and driving process improvements.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams.

Advanced understanding of audit methodologies and compliance standards.

Compensation
The Wage Range for the role is $24.50 - $36.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
