Role Description

Join our test engineering team to drive automation-first QA strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications. You'll define performance KPIs and implement regression/integration coverage for mission-critical CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own test automation across regression, integration, and performance layers
• Design test plans aligned to Sprint stories and feature releases
• Use Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools with Dynamics & Power Apps
• Define and enforce KPIs per page (e.g., Page Load < 1 sec)
• Integrate QA checkpoints into CI/CD pipelines

Qualifications

• QA experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, Power Pages
• Strong knowledge of regression and performance testing
• Familiarity with KPIs and observability tools (e.g., Application Insights)
• Scripting proficiency with JavaScript/Python/C# preferred
