Role Description

The Quality Documentation Specialist is a vital role in East 2 West Collective's operation process, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of every documentation produced by the organization. The role is responsible for managing all aspects of our document control processes and ensuring that they adhere to our strict quality standards. The Quality Documentation Specialist will also play a significant role in improving our documentation systems, contributing to our overall quality and compliance.

• Development and implementation of document control processes and procedures.
• Managing and maintaining all control documents that include technical specifications and project-related documents.
• Conducting regular audits on the processes and systems to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
• Resolving any issues identified during audit and rectifying discrepancies.
• Collaborating with different teams across the organization to gather and process information.
• Training personnel on the correct handling, storing, and disposal of documents.
• Regularly updating and maintaining a comprehensive filing system.
• Ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the documents are kept throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a document control role or related environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of document control principles and best practices.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with supreme attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
