[Hiring] Quality & Compliance Analyst @Domino Data Lab

Role Description

The Quality & Compliance team at Domino is responsible for:

• Building the assurance layer for regulated organizations to adopt Domino for their AI work.
• Running a multi-framework program under one roof: SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
• Maintaining a small, senior, and non-bureaucratic team focused on practical controls.
• Being directly involved in revenue paths by responding to security questionnaires and managing change control.
• Investing in tooling, reusable answer libraries, and a reliable operating rhythm as the team scales.

In your first year, you will:

• First 90 days: Take over inbound security and quality questionnaires, learn the answer library, and start returning routine questionnaires independently.
• By six months: Own day-to-day QMS operations, manage training content, and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
• By twelve months: Be a trusted reviewer of control statements, keep SOPs and policies current, and improve questionnaire turnaround times.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in GRC, compliance operations, quality assurance, or audit support.
• Direct experience responding to security or quality questionnaires at volume.
• Hands-on involvement in at least one audit or certification cycle end to end.
• Experience as the administrator or power user of a compliance system of record.
• Strong technical writing and editing skills.
• Fluency in Jira and Confluence.
• Real fluency with agentic AI tooling and frameworks.
• Meticulous attention to detail and calendar discipline.
• Sound judgment about the limits of your own knowledge.
• A collaborative, low-ego approach to working across teams.
• Nice to have: experience in a regulated life-sciences, medical device, or pharmaceutical environment.
