[Hiring] Quality Auditor @Aurecon

Role Description

As a Quality Auditor in our Legal & Governance team, you’ll help strengthen Aurecon’s Quality Management Systems and support a culture of continuous improvement across the business. Working closely with the Quality Manager and stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand, you’ll:

• Conduct internal project, process and systems audits across the business.
• Assess the effectiveness of Quality Management Systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare audit findings, reports and recommendations, including non-conformities and corrective actions.
• Support external audits and quality assurance activities as required.
• Partner with stakeholders to promote continuous improvement and quality-focused outcomes.
• Provide quality audit support to Aurecon projects through project engagements.

Qualifications

• ISO 9001 Internal Lead Auditor certification.
• Strong QMS and quality assurance knowledge, including ISO 9001 requirements.
• Demonstrated quality assurance experience, including internal audits and project auditing.
• A related bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports.
• Clear communication skills and a positive approach to process improvement.
