Role Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to meticulously manage our suppliers and ensure the quality is delivered. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the finish date accuracy
• Collaborating closely with suppliers and the headquarter team
• Ensuring the timely and efficient availability of products in our portfolio
• Analyzing supplier performance to provide feedback
• Negotiating supplier agreements
• Optimizing your quality understanding

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality control
• Background working in the furniture industry (required)
• Accurate colour acuity
• Basic English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well independently and efficiently without direct supervision
• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• High attention to detail
• Flexibility
• Basic computer knowledge with the ability to operate a tablet and perform simple data entry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with difficult situations with tact and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mechanical, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a required background in the furniture industry
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive dynamics
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in data entry and using analytics tools
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing supplier relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficient in English
