[Hiring] Quality Assurance Manager @Zaden Tech

Role Description

Own the quality control plan for a Defense Health Agency infrastructure program and make sure what we deliver is what we promised. You'll support a new Defense Health Agency program. This position is contingent upon contract award, and the start date will align with the program start.

• Write and run the quality control plan, including cross-trained backups for single-person roles
• Inspect deliverables and service performance against the performance requirements summary
• Run corrective actions and root-cause reviews
• Prepare evidence for government quality surveillance

Qualifications

• 5 or more years in quality assurance or quality control for IT services
• Experience building and running a quality control plan on a government contract
• Experience with corrective action and root-cause processes
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and keep the background investigation DHA designates for this position

Requirements

• ISO 9001 or ISO/IEC 20000 experience (Nice to have)
• ITIL certification (Nice to have)
• An active Secret clearance or higher (Nice to have)

Location

Chantilly, Virginia (Washington, D.C. area) is preferred, on site at the test center. Remote from Huntsville, Alabama, or from anywhere in the continental U.S. also works, through government-approved virtual desktop access, with trips to Chantilly when the work needs them.

Citizenship

U.S. citizenship is required for the investigation this role needs. Zaden's FSO verifies investigation status.

Pay Range

$114,000 to $132,000 per year. Your location and experience set where you land in the range.
