Role Description

The Client is seeking an experienced Contract Quality Engineer / SDET to provide manual and automated testing services for enterprise applications within the banking and financial services domain. The contractor will be responsible for validating functional, integration, security, and regression requirements using a combination of manual testing and test automation—primarily leveraging Selenium, .NET, and C# technologies. This engagement requires hands-on experience testing SSO authentication workflows, including SAML and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) integrations. The resource will work closely with project teams, developers, and QE stakeholders while adhering to CLIENTS internal QA standards, processes, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have Banking/Financial Services experience.
• Must have experience working within regulated, compliance-driven environments.
• No. of Years of experience as a Manual SDET.
• Manual Testing: Covering functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Manual Testing: Proven experience authoring test plans, test cases, and execution documentation.
• Experience with defect lifecycle management.
• No. of Years of Experience as an Automation SDET.
• Automation: Must have Selenium.
• Automation: Must have .Net Application Testing.
• Automation: Must have C#.
• Automation: Ability to design, enhance and maintain automated regression suites.
• Automation: API testing experience, including validation of REST services and authentication flows.
• Identity & Security Testing: Experience validating Single Sign‑On (SSO) implementations.
• Identity & Security Testing: SAML authentication.
• Identity & Security Testing: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Identity & Security Testing: Understanding of session management, role-based access control, and secure authentication workflows.
• Preferred: CI/CD pipeline integration for automated test execution.
• Preferred: Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-based or microservices architectures.
• Preferred: Performance or security testing exposure.
