Role Description

The goal is to deliver a modern, user-centric digital experience with a strong brand identity, improved navigation, and a fully mobile-first design. The platform serves millions of users daily and is critical for delivering real-time information and services.

The technical environment includes:

• Drupal CMS
• Modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js)
• Real-time data integrations
• Multiple third-party systems

This is a mission-critical platform requiring high standards of quality, scalability, and performance.

We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to drive quality assurance strategy, execution, and governance across a large-scale digital platform. This role will ensure system reliability, performance, and a seamless user experience across all phases of the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of QA and software testing experience
• Proven experience testing enterprise-level web platforms
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• Define and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases
• Perform functional, integration, usability, and performance testing
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
• Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution
• Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance standards
• Collaborate with development, UX, and product teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Validate accessibility compliance (WCAG standards)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience testing complex, integrated systems with multiple APIs and third-party services
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing (WCAG compliance)
• Experience with performance and load testing tools
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably Drupal
• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., government, healthcare, finance)
