Role Description

QA Test Manager Level 2 w/ Neosurance

• Preferred experience with Unemployment Insurance (UI) systems and commercial platforms such as Sagitec Neosurance.

Contract Duration: Through August 31, 2027 (approximately 1,728 hours) with the possibility of extensions under the ITSAC contract.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time.

Work Location: Primarily remote/telecommute.

• Onsite Requirement: Although this is primarily a remote assignment, the consultant must be available to report to the TWC office at 101 E. 15th Street, Austin, TX when requested.
• The agency may require onsite attendance with approximately 72 hours' notice for business needs, project meetings, or team collaboration.

• Remote Work Requirements: Candidates must have a secure, dedicated home office, reliable high-speed internet, and be available during regular business hours for Microsoft Teams meetings and collaboration.
• Additional Hours: Occasional evenings, weekends, or holiday work may be required with prior approval. Approved overtime is compensated at the standard hourly rate.
• Travel: Any travel, lodging, parking, or related expenses are the consultant's responsibility.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience creating and executing system test plans.
• 5 years of experience in Performance Testing.
