Role Description

You take ownership of our test architecture and help shape how we ensure quality - evolving from a setup with around 50% manual testing toward a fast-moving, AI-driven world of automated testing.

Your mission:

• Ensure software quality through manual testing and shape the future of optimized AI-driven automated tests.
• Start with a lot of learning about our SaaS solution and do manual testing.
• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated tests.
• Create smart, stable, and scalable test automation.
• Shape test strategy and architecture.
• Perform exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing.
• Support release testing and final validations, ensuring every feature is production-ready.
• Collaborate and optimize processes across teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in E2E testing, test automation, and manual QA.
• Attention to detail; a perfectionist.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright and Git.
• Nice to have: CI tools like GitHub Actions, hands-on experience with Docker, knowledge in modern frontend technologies like ReactJS/TypeScript/HTML/CSS.
• English is required; German is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Remote work discipline; ability to stay focused and productive.
