Role Description

We are actively building an AI-driven engineering organization with a clear and deliberate stance: artificial intelligence is a core part of how we build and deliver software — not an experiment, not a trend, and not an optional add-on.

AI is embedded into our engineering workflows, from system design and prototyping to refactoring, testing, and code review. We expect engineers to be fully comfortable working in AI-driven environments and to treat AI as a primary productivity multiplier. Strong engineering judgment, architectural ownership, and accountability remain essential—AI amplifies our engineers, it doesn’t replace responsibility for technical decisions.

• Planning, estimation and risk analysis of QA activities
• Organization and prioritization of QA tasks
• Requirements and specifications testing with AI-supported validation
• Test cases, suites and checklists design and review leveraging AI capabilities
• Configuration of test suites runs
• Bug reporting and test results analysis
• Test execution control and QA-related technical debt management
• Creation and maintenance of QA artifacts and documentation supported by AI tools
• Handling production incidents, monitoring and troubleshooting with intelligent log analysis
• Setting up and analysis of QA metrics
• Optimizing quality standards and processes in a team
• Interviewing QA candidates, QA mentoring and training
• Researching QA tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions
• Coordination with the Automation team
• Cross-team communication and troubleshooting dependencies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
• 3+ years as a QA Lead
• The ability to methodically solve business and technical problems
• Hands-on experience with browser-based debugging, responsive testing, and frontend QA practices
• Knowledge and experience in measuring coverage and efficiency of testing
• Good understanding of software testing theory and methodologies
• Strong test analysis, preparation, and planning skills
• Knowledge and skills in requirements testing with AI-supported analysis
• Strong knowledge of different Testing Methods, Test Design Techniques, and Types leveraging AI capabilities
• Experience with technical specifications, test design documents, etc., supported by AI tools
• Experience with task management systems (e.g. Jira)
• Experience with test case management software (Testmo, TestRail, etc.)
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with Sentry, Kibana, Grafana
• Ability to determine, prioritize and estimate the testing scope
• Ability to manage multiple complex and cross-team tasks while maintaining high quality
• Strong critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in gaming/gambling domain
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating quality and delivery risks
• Strong sense of ownership, taking full responsibility for tasks from planning to completion
