[Hiring] QA Team Lead @Zexter

Role Description

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our Team and take ownership of the quality and stability of our iGaming products. You will lead a few teams of QA Engineers, combine hands-on manual testing with QA process management, and work closely with Development, Product, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery. You will be involved in the full QA lifecycle — from requirements analysis and test planning to release validation, production issues, and continuous improvement of QA processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
• 4+ years of experience as a QA Lead.
• Commercial experience in iGaming.
• Experience working with high-load products.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, TestRail, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Good understanding of APIs and REST; experience with Postman is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Experience testing web applications and mobile devices.
• Experience creating and maintaining test documentation and defining test coverage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Russian — fluent.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Requirements

• Experience testing payment systems and PSP integrations.
• Experience with test automation.
• Experience with testing financial transactions, wallets, bonuses, or other systems where data accuracy and consistency are critical.
