[Hiring] QA Performance Test Engineer @Full Scale

Role Description

As a QA Performance Test Engineer, you will help ensure our clients' applications stay fast, stable, and reliable under real-world demand. This is a hands-on role where you will:

• Build and run performance tests across web, mobile, and API applications.
• Analyze the results and work with development and infrastructure teams to resolve bottlenecks before they reach production.
• Turn raw test data into clear findings that both technical and non-technical stakeholders can act on.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in load and performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with NeoLoad, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Working understanding of load, stress, and performance testing concepts.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and API applications.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and SQL.
• Ability to execute tests, analyze results, and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, Grafana, or Splunk.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, or Groovy.
