Role Description

This role involves ensuring the quality of our software products through various testing methodologies.

Review requirements and specifications documents
Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases
Execute test cases (manual) and review results
Report discovered defects and errors to the development department for correction
Help troubleshoot issues
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
Work together with a Quality Assurance (QA) team to assess product problems
Work with internal teams (developers and project managers) to identify system requirements
Develop and lead the automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in the IT and Development industry
Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
English communication skills - verbal and written
Attention to detail
Strong planning and organizational skills

Requirements
