- Join a group of talented and savvy developers to build well-designed, user-centered apps for foreign clients.
- Develop complex products in an “A-Z manner” – propose outcomes apart from just implementing them.
- Direct impact on the product & tech stack – scrum teams are responsible for proposing technical solutions.
- Agile, scrum & lean startup methodologies are standard at Boldare.
- Code review and using best practices (TDD, BDD, etc.) are essential habits.
- Transparency and feedback are prioritized; full access to data and open communication channels.
- Clients are partners – direct communication without proxies.
- Face-to-face meetings with clients and the team are highly valued; regular business trips are standard.
- This isn't just a QA role - it's a chance to co-shape the product by combining technical skills with business awareness.
- You'll solve real problems, not just verify tickets, acting as a bridge between business and tech.
Qualifications
- Experience in test automation
- Know-how to write clean bug reports and how to write test cases and test plans
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress.io or Playwright.dev
- Experience with Git
- Familiarity with JavaScript
- Practice in using BDD frameworks (i.e. Cucumber, Behat, JBehave)
- Experience with REST API
- Fluency in Polish (B2+) & English (B2+)
- Experience working in Agile
- Experience working alongside developers and participating in feature refinement discussions
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical language into user-friendly summaries
- Proactive attitude towards clarifying priorities, business needs, and shaping solutions based on high-level client input
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to proposing solutions
Requirements
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (i.e. Jenkins, TravisCI, GitLab CI, Github Actions)
- Experience with TypeScript
- Experience with distribution of automating tests and cross-platform testing
- Experience with mobile and desktop app testing
- Good understanding of penetration testing and performance testing
- Experience with Business Analysis
- Experience acting as a proxy Product Owner, or taking initiative when client input is limited
