[Hiring] QA Automation Intern @axon-networks

Role Description

As a QA Automation Intern at AXON Networks, you will:

• Maintain and develop test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify issues.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand requirements, design test strategies and perform end-to-end system integration and testing.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments.
• Document test cases, test results and defects using test management tools like JIRA and Xray.
• Participate in team discussions, planning meetings and retrospective as part of the Agile process.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with at least 1 scripting language like Python or Go (Python preferred).
• Exposure to QA automation framework and tools (e.g. Robot, Postman).
• Basic understanding of Microservices architecture, Web services, APIs, REST, Networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP.
• Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL like MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL).
• Interest in learning CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative global team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Potential for a full-time role based on performance.
