Role Description
We are looking for an amazing QA Analyst with a keen eye and a keen testing intuition to help us make our products even better. If you are capable of balancing a flexible, yet systematic approach to software scrutinisation, you might be the one we need.

Conducting comprehensive testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing.

A lot of compatibility testing: Jira, Confluence, DC and Cloud versions.

Developing and maintaining test documentation.

Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve defects and issues.

Performing test execution, record and report defects, and ensure timely resolution.

Participating in the design and implementation of automation testing solutions.
-
Contributing to the improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.

Supporting our continuous testing practices.

Providing production support of software products by investigating and recreating reported defects.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong English communicator and clearly articulates ideas and concepts, both verbally and in writing.

Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.

Highly structured and organized yet flexible enough to thrive with changing requirements and schedules.

Solid experience in planning and executing manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
-
Experience and understanding of Web application testing.
-
Testing of business logic, usability, and UI.
-
Understanding the difference between GET and POST requests.
-
Basic XSS knowledge.
-
Experience in establishing or improving the testing process.

Takes an analytical approach to issues and finds problem solving both fun and rewarding.

Loves collaborating with teams and individuals to both clarify and understand the user needs and technical capabilities.
Requirements
-
ISTQB certification.
-
Experience with Jira administration.
-
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
-
Experience with performance testing.
-
Experience with security testing.
Technical skills
-
Automation tools: Cypress/Playwright, Jest, OWASP ZAP.

Experience with Java, Kotlin, Typescript, Python, Go and Jira development a plus.

Linux, MacOS, AWS experience.
