Role Description

• Define test strategy, test approach, and detailed test plans aligned to project scope.
• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities (SIT, UAT, E2E, regression).
• Oversee test execution ensuring coverage across functional, integration, and regression areas.
• Manage test team activities:
  • Task allocation
  • Progress tracking
  • Mentoring and guidance
• Review and approve:
  • Test cases
  • Test scenarios
  • Test data
• Drive defect management lifecycle including triage, prioritization, and closure.
• Provide status reporting & metrics (defect trends, execution status, risks).
• Collaborate with stakeholders (BA, Dev, Client) for requirement clarity and delivery alignment.
