Role Description

Administrative support for maintenance of testing infrastructure and tools, including ALM, LoadRunner Enterprise, UFT, Etc.

• Performance testing SDLC executions, development of performance test scripts, test plans, test executions, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance testing policies, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance with organizational and security standards.
• Create, update, and manage training materials for performance testing and automation, ensuring they align with industry trends and organizational needs.
• Deliver ongoing coaching, mentoring, and training to cross-functional teams to enhance their ability to execute automation and performance testing, driving continuous quality improvement.
• Provide support for performance testing and automation initiatives for teams and projects enterprise-wide.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of testing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years' experience with LoadRunner Enterprise.
• 5 years with ALM and UFT and software development preferred.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is preferred.
