[Hiring] Middle Manual QA Engineer @Patrianna

Role Description

We're looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Middle Manual QA Engineer to own quality across our web and mobile products - catching what others miss and raising the bar on everything we ship.

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases and suites across web and mobile, covering integration, system, cross-browser, and cross-platform scenarios.
• Test APIs and backend logic using Postman and SQL to ensure data flows correctly between client and server.
• Review requirements and specs for testability early in the cycle, catching problems before they become bugs.
• Support releases by running regression testing and help investigate production incidents.
• Report defects clearly, track resolution progress, and validate fixes, including production hotfixes.
• Use AI tools day-to-day to accelerate test design, requirements analysis, and investigation, and critically assess what they get wrong.
• Take part in test planning and estimation together with the team.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to align on quality standards, particularly for gaming features.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, maintaining documentation, and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, actionable feedback.

Qualifications

• A proven track record in Quality Assurance with deep hands-on experience in test documentation, requirements testing, and integration testing.
• Solid grasp of software testing theory, test design techniques, and SDLC processes.
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of client-server architecture and API communication.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, or similar) in a QA context, including the ability to write structured prompts and critically validate AI outputs for hallucinations or faulty assumptions.
• Confident using DevTools, Postman, and SQL.
• Experience with test case management tools such as Testmo, TestRail, or similar.

Requirements

• Familiarity with monitoring or debugging tools (Sentry, Kibana, Grafana).
• Experience with BrowserStack or similar cross-browser/device testing platforms.
• Background in the iGaming industry.
