Role Description

We are actively seeking a Middle Automation QA Engineer to strengthen our quality engineering team supporting banking solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, maintaining, and executing automated and manual test scenarios to ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of business-critical applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full testing lifecycle, from test automation development to defect analysis and validation of functional requirements.

In this role, you'll become a vital member of a collaborative QA team working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality banking solutions. The team focuses on improving test coverage, enhancing automation frameworks, and ensuring seamless releases through comprehensive functional and regression testing activities.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for test automation development.
  • Strong knowledge of pytest and automated testing frameworks.
  • Experience creating and maintaining automated UI tests using Playwright.
  • Proficiency with Git and version control best practices.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining Page Object Model (POM) frameworks and fixtures.
  • Strong experience executing regression tests and validating application functionality.
  • Experience performing defect analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and QA best practices.

Requirements

  • Experience with functional and manual testing in banking environments (nice-to-have).
  • Knowledge of banking processes and financial services workflows (nice-to-have).
  • Previous experience working with Bantotal solutions (nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration (nice-to-have).
  • Experience working in Agile development environments (nice-to-have).
