[Hiring] Manual Tester @EUROPEAN DYNAMICS

Role Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Manual Tester (ServiceNow) fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

• Definition of test plans and detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements
• Design and construction of test scenarios and manual test scripts
• Execution of manual tests in both functional and integration testing phases
• Reporting, logging, and follow-up of defects and incidents
• Test coordination, including collaboration with business analysts, developers, and product owners
• Participation in test review meetings and preparation of test progress reports
• Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline
• Minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT
• Hands-on experience in the manual testing of ServiceNow applications in enterprise environments
• Experience with ServiceNow testing practices, including Test Management and Release cycles
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, regression, exploratory testing)
• Experience with test case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Zephyr)
• Experience with defect tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
• Experience preparing test data, ideally using SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) modules
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and their impact on testing cycles
• Awareness of test automation approaches (though not required to automate)
• The following certifications are considered an asset: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM (formerly ITBM), ServiceNow Certified Test Management 2.0, ISTQB Foundation Level or higher
• Excellent command of the English language
