Role Description
En tant que Lead Testeur / Testeuse, tu seras le/la gardien(ne) du Saint Graal : la qualité !
- Superviser une Ă©quipe de testeurs
- Travailler main dans la main avec les développeurs pour dénicher les bugs
- Effectuer des tests fun, innovants et intelligents pour s'assurer que notre produit est au top
Qualifications
- Maîtriser les tests automatisés et manuels : à l’aise avec des outils comme Selenium, Jira
- Leadership naturel : expérience dans la direction d'une équipe de testeurs
- Détective en chef : capacité à repérer des bugs et des erreurs invisibles
- Communication sans faille : expliquer clairement les problèmes rencontrés
- Créativité : penser "out of the box" pour imaginer de nouveaux scénarios de test
- Diplôme Master 2 ou d’Ingénieur
Requirements
- Superviser, coacher et accompagner l'Ă©quipe de testeurs
- Créer, implémenter et optimiser des plans de tests
- Participer aux réunions agiles et échanger avec les développeurs
- Analyser les résultats des tests et identifier les axes d'amélioration
- Garder une vibe positive et fun dans l’équipe
