Role Description
IT Software Quality Assurance Analysts ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of software applications and IT systems before they are released to production. They develop and execute test plans, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. Their work helps ensure that technology solutions meet user requirements, industry standards, and organizational expectations.
Job Architecture

Conducts trend analysis and proactively addresses systemic quality issues.

Mentors junior and mid-level QA staff; provides technical QA leadership.

Sets and influences quality standards and best practices across the organization.

Communicates QA strategy and quality risks to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads complex or specialized initiatives within a defined scope and discipline.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree in relevant field preferred.
