[Hiring] Healthcare QA Test Lead @Genesis10

Role Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Healthcare QA Test Lead position with a Major Healthcare Company located in Eagan, MN. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role can be 100% remote.

We are seeking an experienced QA / Testing Lead to support a large-scale healthcare technology implementation. This individual will be responsible for leading testing strategy, planning, coordination, and execution across complex healthcare workflows and integrated systems. The ideal candidate has healthcare experience in understanding workflows for medical management (utilization management/care management) combined with several years of experience leading enterprise testing efforts. This role requires someone who can operate across both business and technical teams, understand complex workflows and system dependencies, and ensure testing activities are coordinated effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Lead and coordinate functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-to-end testing, and go-live readiness testing
• Translate business requirements and healthcare workflows into effective test scenarios and test cases
• Establish traceability between business requirements, acceptance criteria, test cases, and testing results
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business and technology teams
• Validate system integrations, data exchanges, business rules, decision outcomes, and application functionality
• Identify test data requirements and coordinate test environment needs with technology teams
• Manage testing priorities, dependencies, risks, defects, and results
• Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing resources as appropriate
• Partner with business analysts, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure requirements are testable and measurable
• Ensure testing documentation and results are appropriately captured and maintained
• Support healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements through effective testing and validation
• Establish and maintain the overall testing approach, strategy, and defect management processes
• Develop the Master Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Requirements Traceability Matrix

Qualifications

• Approximately 8–10 years of overall QA/testing experience
• 3–5+ years of experience in a Test Lead, QA Lead, or similar testing leadership role
• Healthcare industry experience with Medical Management processes from a workflow standpoint
• Experience leading testing for complex enterprise applications or technology implementations
• Test management experience, preferably with Q-Metry
• Strong understanding of integration testing and end-to-end testing across interconnected systems
• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate test strategies
• Experience coordinating testing across multiple business and technical teams utilizing JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to prioritize testing activities and manage multiple dependencies simultaneously
