[Hiring] Fraud Quality Assurance Analyst @Guidehouse

Role Description

This role is responsible for reviewing fraud investigations and operational activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, compliance with established procedures, and adherence to quality standards.

• Evaluate investigative work products.
• Identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Provide constructive feedback to investigators.
• Help maintain the integrity and effectiveness of fraud detection and identity verification operations.
• Support the development of operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and investigator training programs.
• Perform fraud operations, identity verification, investigations, or identity fraud.
• Possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD Public Trust; Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Must be a US Citizen due to the nature of client engagements.
• Three (3) to Five (5) years of experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Identity fraud investigations
  • Identity verification operations
  • Fraud operations
  • Investigative review and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to assess work for quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, and procedural compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to identify trends, analyze findings, and communicate recommendations effectively.
• Experience developing documentation, procedural guidance, or training materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a production-based, metrics-driven, or quota-driven environment.

Requirements

• Experience using investigative and identity verification tools such as LexisNexis, Socure, or similar fraud detection platforms.
• Experience conducting quality assurance reviews, audits, or quality control activities in an investigative or operational environment.
• Familiarity with identity proofing, account verification, fraud prevention, and case management processes.
• Experience facilitating training, coaching, or knowledge-sharing sessions.
