Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facets and Edifecs Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare and insurance domains, with expertise in testing Facets and Edifecs systems. This role involves performing comprehensive testing to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of healthcare applications and databases.

• Perform thorough testing of Facets and Edifecs systems to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for healthcare applications.
• Write and optimize SQL Server queries to validate data and support testing activities.
• Conduct database testing to verify data consistency and reliability.
• Identify, document, and track defects, and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document testing processes, results, and any deviations from expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the healthcare or insurance domain, particularly with Facets and Edifecs.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with writing and optimizing SQL queries.
• Strong experience in database testing and ensuring data integrity.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Certification in software testing or healthcare IT.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
