Role Description

We're rebuilding what quality engineering means in an AI-native world, where agents generate, run, and grade tests alongside people, and we're looking for someone who wants to define that shift, not just adapt to it.

• Lead a team through the shift from manual QA to an agentic practice.
• Shape how we define and measure quality.
• Have a real voice in how fast the company is able to move.
• Report directly into our security and engineering leadership.
