[Hiring] Director of Quality Assurance @IDEA Public Schools

Role Description

The mission of the Director of Quality Assurance is to support the execution and oversight of Chief Area processes, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and authorizer regulations, policies, and statutes. This position will conduct consistent monitoring and auditing of key data points and documentation to identify gaps in execution or compliance, as well as opportunities to improve efficacy and efficiencies by working with all departments. The Director of Quality Assurance will provide additional capacity to support the continuous improvement process and work with key stakeholders from other Chief Areas to provide strategic recommendations. The role will also partner closely with our Internal Auditors under the Governing/Executive Team to assist with all internal audits. This position will report directly to the Assurance and Support Officer for assignment, planning, and execution of their duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in K-12 schools, including campus or central administration with a heavy focus on reporting and compliance.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Requirements

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period.
• Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
