[Hiring] Creative Quality Assurance Specialist @Newform

Role Description

As a Creative Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing video ads before they are delivered to clients or launched. You will ensure that every asset meets NewForm’s quality standards, follows the creative brief, and is free from technical, visual, audio, and copy errors. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong judgment, and a clear understanding of what makes short-form advertising feel polished and effective.

Responsibilities

• Review video ads at multiple stages of production to ensure they meet NewForm’s creative and quality standards
• Give clear, specific feedback to creators and our internal editing team and work with them through revisions
• Identify issues related to spelling, grammar, captions, visual continuity, audio quality, timing, pacing, and overall editing
• Confirm that all requested revisions have been completed accurately before approving assets for delivery
• Catch inconsistencies involving logos, product claims, pricing, calls to action, disclaimers, and other client-specific details
• Manage a high volume of creative reviews while meeting fast turnaround times

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video quality assurance, video editing, creative production, post-production, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently identify small visual, audio, and copy errors
• Near native-level English
• Familiarity with paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback
• Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to review a high volume of assets accurately
• Previous agency, performance marketing, or direct-response advertising experience is a plus.
