Role Description

We are looking for an experienced AxiomSL Tester to join an AxiomSL RegCloud implementation for a leading financial institution. You will be responsible for the accuracy, completeness and reliability of regulatory calculations and reports, from test strategy to defect resolution.

  • Translate business requirements and ControllerView configurations into test scenarios and test cases
  • Design, execute and validate testing strategies for AXIOM regulatory reporting solutions
  • Test and validate complex data flows, aggregations and processing rules
  • Perform end-to-end data reconciliation, data mapping validation and data quality checks from source to target
  • Verify regulatory report outputs (XML, XBRL, CSV) and exception management workflows
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration and end-to-end testing, support UAT
  • Identify, document and track defects through resolution
  • Work closely with business analysts, configurators and developers
  • Validate data lineage, metadata definitions and data governance controls in ControllerView
  • Ensure testing deliverables meet standards for quality, traceability and auditability

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in QA with a strong focus on testing AxiomSL ControllerView implementations
  • Hands-on experience testing ControllerView: data models and metadata, aggregation rules, data mapping and transformations, workflow configurations, data lineage, data quality controls, reconciliation, regulatory report generation, exception management
  • Experience validating regulatory reporting frameworks, compliance requirements and localized reporting customizations
  • Advanced SQL, ability to write complex validation queries
  • Knowledge of database design, ETL testing, data quality management and reconciliation techniques
  • Experience with Jira, Xray, ALM or similar tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced English

Requirements

  • ISTQB or similar certification
  • Experience in managed cloud environments (e.g. RegCloud)
  • Capital markets platforms and multi-jurisdictional regulatory projects
  • Background in banking or financial services
  • ETL or data testing automation tools
  • Intermediate Spanish
