Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automation Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications – with an immediate start.

• Test a complex, data-heavy, business-critical application, continuously evolving with new features.
• Test a smaller tool that supports hotel and transfer bookings for delayed or stranded crew members.
• Both applications are built on Microsoft technologies, with SharePoint as a common backend.
• Solid manual testing experience, including requirement mapping, scenario design, and defect identification.
• Ability to understand business workflows, identify edge cases, and ensure proper test coverage.
• Strong communication and self-management skills – able to ramp up quickly and work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Hands-on test automation experience (e.g. Robot Framework, Ranorex, or similar tools).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (SAFe-style planning, quarterly PIs, Azure DevOps task tracking).
• Fluent English – working in an international team where all communication is in English.
• Fully remote position – very occasional in-person attendance might be needed for special events, but otherwise, you can work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Strong background in manual testing.
• Hands-on experience in test automation.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft environments is a strong plus.
