Role Description

We are searching for an experienced Automated QA Engineer who has a background in both Automated and manual testing. This role involves:

• Assisting in routine design, maintenance, enhancement, testing implementation, and support of software
• Providing assistance with the development of software test requirements for routine modules under development
• Executing routine test specifications

Must be able to clearly communicate in English both verbally and written to interact with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automated QA experience
• Automated QA experience in both automation of Web
• Experience with Automated testing on Mobile applications is preferred
• Knowledgeable in test automation best practices (DRY, Page Object Model)
• Must have the ability to establish a well-ordered testing structure from the ground up, as well as maintaining existing testing structures
• Experience with Ruby/Cucumber (preferred) or Java/Cucumber framework
• Must have experience with Jira, Zephyr, or any other test management tools
• Strong background in API testing, using REST and/or SOAP and JSON schema structures
• Ability to work with a globally distributed team
• Experience working in an Agile environment, using Scrum
• Working knowledge using Version control tools, such as Git, CVS, SVN
• Working experience with CI/CD tools - Git / Github
• Must have experience testing Banking or financial services applications (payments, lending, risk, trading, etc.)
