Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Project Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of organization, communication, and digital delivery. You’ll play a key role in keeping website projects on track—bridging clients, designers, and developers to ensure smooth execution from kickoff to launch. This role is ideal for someone with strong web project management fundamentals who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Project Coordination & Delivery (Primary Focus)
  • Coordinate website projects from planning through launch
  • Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • Help in the coordination of Web projects with Web Project Managers and other team members
  • Ensure clear communication of requirements, feedback, and updates
  • Understand projects scope and help keep projects on track with the team
  • Support with QA processes and launch readiness
• Collaboration & Process (Ongoing Focus)
  • Work closely with Project Managers, designers, developers, and marketing team members
  • Help improve internal workflows and project management processes when needed
  • Maintain documentation, briefs, and project assets
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in website project management or Website project coordination
• Strong understanding of web projects (WordPress is a necessity, custom builds or Shopify is a plus)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Clear and confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
• Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
