Role Description
This role involves leading a team dedicated to crafting and delivering top-tier products that are deeply loved by users.
- Ensure successful delivery of all projects.
- Regularly meet with internal project stakeholders to assess and improve the team's value delivery.
- Identify and address knowledge gaps within project teams.
- Join various project councils to oversee project deliveries, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Foster an innovation environment, encouraging creative thinking and developing new solutions.
- Balance individuals and business goals to define project allocations.
Qualifications
- Technical background in web development.
- Expertise in technologies such as ReactJS or VueJS; NodeJS, Go (Golang), or Python.
Requirements
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.
- Participate actively in the hiring process.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members.
- Guide team members in creating their career plans.
