Role Description

Varian SME with strong expertise in Oncology / Clinical workflows, healthcare integrations, and end-to-end clinical application support, capable of working with clinical, IT, Infra, and vendor teams. We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within our IT Services division. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and vendor management, while ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.

• Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Track project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
• Ensure projects comply with IT policies and security standards.
• Drive infrastructure migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
• Participate in testing and validation of new releases, patches, and configuration changes.
• Drive architecture decisions, migration plans, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and system reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 15 years of project management experience in IT services.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a plus.

Requirements

• Total Experience: 15+ years in IT.
• Relevant Experience: Proficient and experienced driving designing, architecture, and application support, preferably in the healthcare domain.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements. Oncology-related applications knowledge is a plus.
• Experience collaborating with radiologists, clinical teams, and healthcare vendors.
