[Hiring] Transformation and Change Management Practitioner @Crosslake Technologies

Role Description

This role can be based from anywhere in Europe on a fully remote basis.

Lead large-scale transformation and change-management engagements for private equity investors and portfolio companies, as well as technology and technology-enabled businesses.

• Help clients turn strategic ambition into an executable transformation programme, aligning operating model, technology, processes, people and governance around measurable business outcomes.
• Bring the judgement and communication skills of a trusted consultant: frame complex problems, lead senior stakeholder discussions, establish a compelling case for change and maintain momentum through delivery.
• Apply enough technology depth to connect transformation priorities to the underlying product, engineering, data, platforms, delivery capability and technology operating model.
• Design practical approaches to change adoption, including stakeholder alignment, communications, organisation design, capability building, programme governance and benefits realisation.
• Work collaboratively with investment teams, boards, executive leadership and Crosslake colleagues across commercial, operational, financial and technical workstreams.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes from initial diagnosis and mobilisation through to sustained delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Create clear transformation roadmaps, including the case for change, target operating model, initiative sequencing, accountabilities, investment requirements, risks and benefits.
• Establish effective programme governance and delivery rhythms, enabling senior leaders to make timely decisions, resolve dependencies and maintain accountability.
• Build commitment across client organisations through credible stakeholder engagement, practical communications and approaches that support adoption rather than simply designing change.
• Translate technical and operational issues into commercial implications for growth, customer outcomes, margin, resilience, investment risk and value creation.
• Support post-deal value creation by helping portfolio-company leadership teams deliver transformation priorities at pace while maintaining business continuity.
• Develop trusted client relationships, contribute to proposition development and mentor colleagues in transformation, programme leadership and change-management practice.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading transformation, change management, operating-model improvement, technology-enabled transformation or complex programme delivery.
• A strong track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional change programmes with senior sponsors and multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience shaping and delivering transformation roadmaps, programme governance, organisation and process change, capability building and benefits realisation.
• The ability to communicate a compelling, evidence-based story that helps leaders understand why change is needed, what must happen and how progress will be measured.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to connect transformation activity to business value, including growth, cost, customer experience, risk and operational performance.
• Sufficient technology fluency to work credibly with product, engineering, data and technology leaders, and to integrate technology change into a wider transformation agenda.
• Experience with private equity, transaction advisory, corporate development or high-growth technology businesses is strongly preferred.
• An experience spike in a business domain - for example insurance, capital markets, healthcare, logistics or supply chain.
• Excellent structured thinking, facilitation, written communication and presentation skills, together with a collaborative and action-oriented leadership style.
