Role Description

As the TIS Site Coordinator, you are expected to manage the following:

• Act as single point of contact for client and internal team for the assigned TIS deployment projects.
• Co-ordinate with TPA vendor and NCR internal team for project execution.
• Co-ordinate with TPA vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation of their equipment.
• Tracking progress of deployment and ensure deployment is done within agreed TAT.
• Developing economical vendors to support project delivery with Quality & TAT.
• Identifying quality vendors from the field.
• Developing best practices to ensure timely project delivery with quality.
• Preparing sites estimates, quality check, timely delivery of projects & billing.

Key to success also include:

• Proven field coordination skills.
• Good communication skills, high attention to detail, comfortable rolling up their sleeves and taking ownership to get the job done.
• Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, client service and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Qualification: Any bachelor degree.
• Experience in Civil, interior and electrical Infra project cycle is an additional advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of MS-office tools.
• Good communication skills.
