What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, and QA teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Convert information into easy-to-understand content tailored to their specific audience.
• Manage project resources and allocate tasks effectively to ensure project milestones are met.
• Work closely with product managers to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and deliver customer value.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience delivering projects with technical teams.
• 5 or more years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of financial markets and trading systems (nice to have).
• Experience in the financial services industry or a related field (nice to have).

Pay Range

$135,000 to $175,000
