Role Description

We are seeking a meticulous and knowledgeable Certification Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

• Obtaining, interpreting, and communicating certification regulations and carrier requirements.
• Developing and executing certification plans.
• Conducting network and carrier acceptance tests.
• Providing technical support to enhance certification capabilities and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance and Communication
  • Obtain and interpret the certification regulations and carrier requirements for the target countries of our products.
  • Communicate these requirements effectively to the R&D team.
• Certification Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement product certification plans in alignment with product delivery schedules.
  • Follow up on the completion of these plans, providing regular progress updates.
• Field and Carrier Testing
  • Conduct on-site network tests and carrier acceptance tests for our products.
  • Assist the R&D team in identifying and resolving any issues that arise during testing.
• Technical Support and Efficiency Improvement
  • Provide frontline technical support for our products.
  • Enhance certification capabilities and improve delivery efficiency.
• User Interviews
  • Design and conduct user interviews to gather feedback and insights.
  • Analyze interview data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for product and service improvements.
  • Maintain good communication with users to understand their needs and pain points.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of certification regulations and carrier requirements for France.
• Excellent proficiency in French (speaking, reading, and writing). English, Chinese is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to different teams.
• Experience with network and carrier acceptance testing.
• Ability to work effectively under tight schedules and deadlines.
