Role Description
Our Client is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex R&D activities with a strong focus on AI. In this role, you will manage several high-impact projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and effective collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams — including AI and robotics experts, software engineers, and key stakeholders — to turn innovative ideas into real solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of product ownership, technical understanding, task and people management skills.
- Analyze and define project requirements
- Contribute to architectural design discussions
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Manage project resources and team capacity
- Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies when needed
- Provide regular progress reports to CEO, COO, and CTO
- Oversee testing and ensure successful delivery of AI solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of modern technology and development practices
- Familiarity with both front-end and back-end processes
- Experience creating roadmaps and delivery presentations
- Passion for AI technologies and eagerness to learn and grow
Requirements
- Experience managing projects involving custom AI models (not just third-party APIs)
- Experience with mobile or XR development
- Background in software development or QA
- Engineering degree
