Role Description

Insignia Consultancy Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients and our design and development teams. If you are passionate about technology, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you.

  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements and expectations.
  • Collect detailed information from clients and translate it into clear, actionable briefs.
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Act as a mediator between clients and internal teams to address queries and provide updates.
  • Facilitate effective communication to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation.
  • Create and update project plans, timelines, and task lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of React, Figma, Java, Python, Git, etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
