Our Technical Program Managers lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market. We align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed the expectations of our customers. As a Technical Program Manager II, you will be responsible for:

• Leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap.
• Developing successful partnerships with engineering, product and program stakeholders across the organization.
• Identifying and communicating backlog of work with key stakeholders, guiding them in priorities based on business needs.
• Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methods.
• Maintaining and iterating on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar.

Qualifications

• 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience in identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones.
• Experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Ability to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies.
