[Hiring] Technical Program Manager - AI & Data Systems @Abnormal

Role Description

Abnormal AI is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of high-impact programs across our AI Platform and Data Systems teams. You'll own strategic initiatives from CIO leadership — spanning AI governance, the data foundation for AI agents, AI outcomes analytics, and new agent and platform rollouts — and turn them into structured, well-tracked programs.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to take an early-stage idea and build it into structured delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to move fast and drive velocity.
• Track record of managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, including C-level communication.
• Strong experience working alongside technical team leads in AI, engineering, data, or platform contexts.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an automation instinct.
• Excellent command of project tracking and program management tools (Linear, Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, or equivalent).
• Exceptional communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and alignment across teams without formal authority.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security or a related field.

Benefits

• Base salary range: $110,900 — $159,500 USD.
• This role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
