• On-Site & Customer Engagement: Interact directly with hospital, clinic, and health-system clients on-site; lead in-person project scoping, technical discovery, and implementation sessions.
• EHR & Interoperability Integration: Lead integration workstreams with customer IT departments; translate technical and clinical requirements into actionable implementation plans (e.g., HL7/FHIR standards).
• Regulatory & Privacy Compliance: Align all program milestones with EU MDR, UK MHRA, and regional health data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Customer Enablement: Oversee onboarding and clinical training programs across target healthcare accounts to drive product adoption.
• Cross-Functional Governance: Facilitate weekly project status reviews, manage risk logs, escalate blockers, and provide status reporting to Sales, Product, Clinical, and Regulatory leaders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) in Engineering, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of technical program/project management experience within Digital Health, MedTech, or Health IT, with a track record of launching multiple products/hardware devices.
